My name is Kim Gustafson and I created this site. Read more
about it.
I worked at
Silicon Graphics near San Francisco, California as a hardware engineer for eight years, off and on, before I finally left that fading company in Oct '05. I've been travelling in Asia since.
While American, I was born in Germany to musicians studying abroad. I lived in Germany for about ten years before moving to the Boston area. I lived there for about seven years, where I attended
The Clark School and
St. John's Prep. I studied computer engineering/science at
Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
I've been photographing ever since I can remember. My favorite subjects are nature/landscape and travel. If you check out my
gallery and
favorites you'll see for yourself.
I've recently returned from traveling in India and South East Asia. See my
journal and
India albums for the latest.
Check out
my map for my most recently geo-tagged photo.
Update: I am back in SF as of Sept 12, working for
Eye-Fi, a small company that makes wifi-enabled memory cards for digital cameras. The card works with over 15 online photo sites, including this one.
